Returns & Exchange


Customer satisfaction is our ultimate priority. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return any unworn, undamaged watch purchased online from within 7 days of delivery for an Exchange. Customers inside valley can visit our Store for exchange process while customers outside valley will have to ship their watches back to our main office for verification. The customer will bear the cost of return shipping unless on the condition that the defective or incorrect watch was shipped initially by us. Exchanged items will be shipped free of charge. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

Any watch that fails quality inspection from Customer Service (e.g. scratches, worn, damaged) will be returned to you and no return will be issued. Please note that we do not accept returns once the watch bracelet has been sized. Watches with rubber straps that are sized (cut) are not returnable or exchangeable.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories, extra links, free gifts, or anything else that came with the item.

“Complimentary” items (or any free product received as part of a promotional offer) are not eligible to be exchanged and must be returned along with the other items in your order if you are returning your order for a refund.


If a watch is returned without all of its original components, the following charges will be applied:

Missing Gift With Purchase: Value of gift will be deducted from refund.
Missing Box: Rs.150/-
Missing Warranty Card: Rs.25/-
Missing User Manual: Rs.25/-
Missing Links: Rs.25/- per missing link


If your watch has a significant defect right out of the box (e.g., the product is broken, has missing parts, etc.) or you have received the wrong watch, we’ll be happy to exchange it.

Please contact our Customer Service representative at 982-348-8515 (From 10 AM to 5 PM Sunday through Friday) within 72 hours from the date of delivery, and we will send you a replacement watch after you have returned the damaged or defective product. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.

You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for replacement items.
